Min Aik Ttribology laboratory was established since June, 2006. The major task is to improve wear resistance of Ramp and enhance the reliability of the products. In order to provide profile, step height with accurate and precise measurement, we phased in the advanced white light interferometer, CCI-Lite, from Taylor Hobson in May, 2010. The Talysurf CCI System is an advanced nano-level, non-contact white light interferometer. The non-contact measurement will not damage the workpiece during the measurement. This equipment is highly efficient in measuring roughness, dimension and profile analysis. Besides, it’s generally applied in MEMS, Medical, Optical and Metal processing, etc. We provide 20X & 50X lens for your selection. Furthermore, we can do customized measurement and feedback measurement report rapidly to provide customers better competition. We are looking forward to cooperate with you in the future.
